Resources for Parents

We help you navigate the challenges

of raising a child with a disability

We are committed to supporting parents of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) by providing them with the resources they need to navigate the challenges of raising a child with a disability.

Disability-Specific

We provide information about disability-specific resources that may be helpful for parents of children with I/DD. This includes information about local organizations, online resources, and national advocacy groups that provide support and information for families of children with I/DD

Support Groups

We offer support groups for parents of children with I/DD to connect with others who are facing similar challenges and to find support and encouragement. These groups can provide a sense of community, a safe space to share experiences and struggles, and practical tips and strategies for navigating the challenges of raising a child with a disability.

Financial Assistance

We provide information about financial assistance that may be available to families of children with I/DD, including grants, loans, and other forms of support. We can help families explore their options and provide guidance on how to apply for financial assistance.

Looking for more?

We offer a range of other resources for parents of children with I/DD, including information about educational resources, legal resources, and other relevant topics. We are committed to providing comprehensive support to families of children with I/DD and are always looking for ways to expand and improve our resources.
